How do I ensure Better Impact does not send email using our email addresses?
If, for whatever reason, IT has determined that we should not be sending emails on your behalf, there are two ways to let our mail server know.

Set up a DMARC policy of quarantine or reject. Our server will automatically detect this and send the messages using our own email address, with the “reply-to” header set as the admin’s email address.

Add a TXT record of “_betterimpact-rewrite-sender”. to your mail server. We will detect this and send the messages using our own email address, with the “reply-to” header set as the admin’s email address
