Intro to Rich Text Boxes

About this feature: The Rich Text Boxes enable you to enter and format text in a variety of ways, including: Font family, Font size, Emphasis (text, color, bold, etc.). In addition to text, links can be added and images embedded (videos may be inserted into any non-email rich text box).

Rich Text Boxes are available in the following areas throughout the software:

Description fields (custom fields, qualifications, activities, general interests, feedback fields)
Header text for custom fields and qualifications
Application form messages (policies, message to complete application form, application completion message)
News Sections

Email body (and email templates)
