From the Admin Home Page, click on “Hours Approvals” in the Status Update section.

The full list can also be accessed by going to: People >> Volunteers >> Hours and Feedback >> Approve Hours (in the sidebar menu)

Mouse over the Options icon beside the desired hours log entry

Select one of the following options from the dropdown list:

View

Edit
-
Approve
-
Reject/Delete

Send Email
