Manage Hours Entries

  1. From the Admin Home Page, click on “Hours Approvals” in the Status Update section.

    • The full list can also be accessed by going to: People >> Volunteers >> Hours and Feedback >> Approve Hours (in the sidebar menu)

  2. Mouse over the Options icon beside the desired hours log entry

  3. Select one of the following options from the dropdown list:

    • View

    • Edit

    • Approve

    • Reject/Delete

    • Send Email
