March 2024 – 4x.8.1 Update

New feature release: Sunday, March 17th, 2024, 10:00pm EDT

• All passwords now require a minimum of 12 characters and must not be found on a list of commonly-used passwords

  • This will not impact current passwords, only passwords created moving forward will need to meet these new requirements in addition to the existing requirements listed below

  • Passwords must also contain at least one uppercase character, one lowercase character, and one number

• Create a qualification while editing an eLearning module

• Personal Profile Raw Data Report – a column can now be included for “Show On Who Is Scheduled For Activity Shift List”

• Search by First Name when assigning from the Unscheduled/Scheduled List pages

• More search types for Long Text, Short Text and Yes/No custom fields
