Why can’t a volunteer see any Activities to sign up for or to start a timeclock for?

  1. The volunteer may not be associated with your organization.

  2. A volunteer may have multiple usernames and has logged in with the wrong username. Please verify the volunteer is logging in with the exact same username you can see on their profile.

  3. There are no current or future shifts in the Activity.

  4. The Activity’s visibility settings may also be preventing them from seeing the Activity.
