Client Connection Settings

Choose what information Clients and Volunteers able to view on MyImpactPage

Settings for Volunteer Portal

  1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Connection Settings” found in the sidebar under Connections

  2. In the “Settings for Volunteer Portal” section:

    • Connected Clients Form Header – type in the text that the volunteer will see above their “Connected Clients” section

    • Select for volunteers to be able to see the associated client’s contact information

    • Select for volunteers to view past recorded client encounter feedback

    • Select to prevent volunteers from logging client encounters in the future

  3. Scroll down and click the [Save] button

  • Connected Clients Form Header – type in the text that the volunteer will see above their “Connected Clients” section

  • Select for volunteers to be able to see the associated client’s contact information

  • Select for volunteers to be able to see the associated client’s contact information

  • Select for volunteers to view past recorded client encounter feedback

  • Select for volunteers to view past recorded client encounter feedback

  • Select to prevent volunteers from logging client encounters in the future

  • Select to prevent volunteers from logging client encounters in the future

    Scroll down and click the [Save] button

    Settings for Client Portal

    1. Go to: Configuration, then click on “Connection Settings” found in the sidebar under Connections

    2. In the “Settings for Client Portal” section:

      • Connected Volunteers Form Header – type in the text that the client will see above their “Connected Volunteers” section

      • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ names

      • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ profile picture

    3. Scroll down and click the [Save] button

    In the “Settings for Client Portal” section:

    • Connected Volunteers Form Header – type in the text that the client will see above their “Connected Volunteers” section

    • Connected Volunteers Form Header – type in the text that the client will see above their “Connected Volunteers” section

    • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ names

    • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ names

    • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ profile picture

    • Select for clients to be able to see the associated volunteers’ profile picture

      Scroll down and click the [Save] button

      IMPORTANT: By default, only the client name and notes would display to the volunteer in their CONTACTS tab in MyImpactPage.com. By checking the “Volunteers can see associated client’s contact information” box, volunteers will be able to see contact information (address, telephone and email information) for their clients. Volunteers will only be able to see information on clients with whom they are associated.
