Viewing Feedback and Encounters on Client Profiles
👀 When a volunteer logs hours and Feedback Fields to a client-associated Activity or logs a Client Encounter, in addition to reports, that data is available to administrators within the Client’s profile.

👉Viewing Volunteer entries on the Client’s profile:

As volunteers work with clients, they will be either logging hours with Feedback Fields, logging Client Encounters, or both.

To view this data on the Client’s profile:

Search their name in the search bar at the top and open the profile

Navigate to the Connections tab

To see the Client’s associated Activities and connected Volunteers select: Associated Volunteers

To see the hours logged with Feedback Fields by volunteers on the Client’s associated Activities select: Hours and Feedback

To see the Encounters with Client Reporting Fields logged by connected Volunteers select: Encounters
