Communicate with Associated Volunteers

1. Click the person icon at the top of the screen and type the person’s name into the Quick Search bar

2. Click on the person’s name from the list that appears

3. Click on the “Connections” tab

4. Click on the “Associated Volunteers” sub-tab

5. Check the box beside each person you would like to communicate with (or check the “Select All” box at the bottom)

   • To email one volunteer, mouse over the Options icon to the left of their name and select “Send Email”

6. Click on the drop-down list at the bottom and select the desired communication option
