Introduction On How Hours Can be Collected

Hours can be collected in the following ways:

• Logged by the volunteer via

  • MyImpactPage.com or the MyImpact App

    • typically this is done by the volunteer after they have volunteered that day

  • The Mobile Timeclock, Timeclock or Express Timeclock

    • requires volunteers to clock in and out via a Timeclock function available through the MyImpact app or a kiosk on site

• Logged by an administrator

  • One volunteer at a time

  • For multiple volunteers at once

• Logged by the software - Auto Log Hours

First, you will want to adjust your Hours and Timeclock Permission Settings, which will determine which method for logging hours your volunteers have access to.
