Send Emails from the Schedule or Alerts

👀 Save time by sending emails and text messages directly from the schedule or from the birthday and anniversary alerts.

👉 Sending emails or texts to volunteers on the schedule:

Navigate to the Assign menu >> From Calendar, Scheduled List, or Unscheduled List
Expand the list to see the volunteers assigned
Select the volunteers and choose Send Email or Send Text Message at the bottom

Navigate to the Assign menu >> From Calendar, Scheduled List, or Unscheduled List

Expand the list to see the volunteers assigned

Select the volunteers and choose Send Email or Send Text Message at the bottom

👉 Sending emails or texts from Birthday or Anniversary Alerts:

On your Home Dashboard, select the Birthday or Anniversary Alert button

Select the names you want to email and choose Send Email or Send Text Message

🤩 Admin Tip: Have Email Templates ready to go for Birthdays or Anniversaries including the “First Name Placeholder” for personalization.
